Nigerian singer Habeeb Okikiola, popularly known as Portable, has recently described himself as a “mad man” undergoing treatment at the Federal Neuropsychiatric Hospital, Aro, Abeokuta. This statement comes in the wake of the Ogun State Police Command declaring him wanted for allegedly assaulting three officials from the state’s Ministry of Physical Planning and Urban Development. The incident reportedly occurred at Portable’s establishment, Odogwu Bar, in Ota, where he and a group of associates allegedly attacked the officials during a compliance operation. In response, Portable claimed on social media that he is receiving psychiatric care, suggesting his actions may be influenced by his mental health condition. As of now, he remains at large, with law enforcement agencies intensifying efforts to apprehend him.
