Pandemonium broke out in Lagos’ ever-busy Computer Village as a raging fire tore through a building in the popular tech market, leaving destruction and heavy losses in its wake.
The fire, which started suddenly, sent thick clouds of smoke into the air, drawing crowds as traders rushed to save whatever they could. Shops around the affected building were thrown into chaos as flames spread fast, feeding on laptops, phones, accessories, and other highly flammable electronics.
