The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) candidate for Aba Central State Constituency in the Abia State House of Assembly, Mrs. Anastasia Odochi Uchenna, has commended the Minister of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) and PDP National Leader, Barr. Nyesom Ezenwo Wike, for what she described as an unprecedented display of visionary leadership through the successful completion of a 31-day project commissioning exercise across the Federal Capital Territory.
In a statement made available to journalists, Mrs. Uchenna said the commissioning of numerous completed infrastructure projects within one month reflects exceptional administrative competence, strategic planning, and an unwavering commitment to improving the lives of Nigerians.
According to her, the exercise demonstrates that purposeful leadership, transparency, and accountability remain the essential ingredients for delivering meaningful and sustainable development.
She noted that Barr. Wike has continued to distinguish himself as one of Nigeria’s most result-oriented public servants, adding that his achievements in the FCT have raised the standard of governance and strengthened public confidence in the ability of government to execute impactful projects.
Mrs. Uchenna observed that the newly commissioned road networks, bridges, healthcare facilities, educational institutions, and other critical infrastructure projects are enduring symbols of effective governance and clear evidence that meaningful development is achievable when leaders place the welfare of the people above personal interests.
The PDP House of Assembly candidate further stated that the accomplishments recorded during the 31-day commissioning exercise reaffirm the Peoples Democratic Party’s commitment to good governance, infrastructural renewal, and people-centred leadership.
